Standalone Power System Accreditation Course

Standalone Power System Accreditation Course

Stand alone power system Courses

Accredtation is with College of Climate Change and not with Clean Energy Council

For Clean Energy Accreditation contact them direct or visit thier website

Stand alone power systems also known as off-grid systems are not connected to the power grid. Off-grid solar power systems provide reliable power supply to the facilities.

The off-grid solar power technology operates independently without the grid supply. The off-grid system consists of solar panels, an inverter, a battery system.  This system is mostly used in remote areas where there is no utility grid.

Competencies for Stand-alone Power System Accreditation are as follows:

Course Name: (SAPSC) Design Stand Alone Power Systems

This accreditation is for individuals who want to design solar systems that are not connected to the grid.

Why the College of Climate Change

The impact of climate change has become evident. Floods, forest fires, high temperatures, heavy rainfall and other extreme climatic events have increased compared to previous years. Clean energy technologies are the key to combat climate change and electrical professionals have a prominent role in its implementation.

The College of climate change is introducing a series of clean energy technology courses to equip professionals with required competencies. These courses are based on the competency units required by Clean Energy Council Australia to become accredited professionals. Courses are provided in association with our Industry Partner AICA. Electrical professionals such as fully licensed electricians, electrical engineers, electronic engineers and even electrical apprentices can take up these courses.
